As outlined in the Student Code of Conduct there are many programs that are developed to identify and cater for individual needs of students. The programs are designed to meet specific needs of students or individuals and are flexible in their delivery to ensure the best possible outcomes for the students.

Staff members who facilitate the programs are teachers who have been specifically trained to deliver such programs. External organisations have also been employed to deliver programs to meet specific needs of students such as Youth Excel, CHYMS, RACQ, Motivational Media, Brainstorm, and Peer Power.
