Hello, and welcome to OSHC!
We strive to provide the highest quality childcare in a safe, enjoyable, stimulating, and caring environment. The program includes a wide variety of activities that are thoroughly and sensitively prepared and implemented to meet our children's social, emotional, intellectual and physical needs. In this way the program complements the school's activities and is consistent with the school's policies and practices.
Our Service is currently licensed for up to 150 children for Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care and we welcome all families, new and existing, to complete and submit an enrolment form so that we can offer a place to your child or children. We operate from the school hall with additional licensed spaces throughout the school grounds.
We follow the
My Time, Our Place Framework for school aged care, which assists services to develop opportunities for school aged children to participate in leisure and play-based activities that respond to their needs, interests and choices. My Time Our Place is part of the Australian Government’s
National Quality Framework.
OWNA Childcare Management System
The OWNA management system comes with a very comprehensive Parent Portal App that is extremely easy to use, personal and secure for each family. Support and guidance on the new system will be available to all families.
Enrolments
We welcome families to complete and submit an
enrolment form to be able to make bookings and to avoid disappointment. Please click on the link below to complete and submit an enrolment form for Chancellor OSHC. Please

OSHC Enrolment form
Once your enrolment form has been checked and approved, you will be emailed access to the Parent App. When you first log in to the App, you will be required to complete the
Direct Debit Request Form (DDR Form) and
Complying Written Agreement Arrangement (CWA) within the App. The Related links panel contains two links that show you where to find the DDR and CWA within the App.
Bookings for Vacation Care and After School / Before School Care
Vacation Care Bookings
Families can book their children into the OSHC service for Vacation Care. This will be available to book casually from approximately three weeks prior to the start of the Vacation Care.
Before and After School Care Bookings
On the enrolment form, it will ask you to provide preferences for permanent bookings. Once we have received everyone’s information, we will inform families of their confirmed permanent bookings. It is a priority for us to provide care for all families where possible.

Transitioning to OSHC from Before School Care and After School Care
Before School Care – Prep and Year 1 children will be escorted to their classrooms by our educators for the start of the school day.
After School Care – Prep and Year 1 children will be collected from their classrooms by our educators and escorted to the hall.
Children in Years 2–6 will leave the OSHC service and walk themselves directly to their classroom for the start of the school day and walk themselves directly to the hall at the end of the school day.
Staffing and Contact Information
Chancellor OSHC service is run by our Coordinator and a team of very experienced and enthusiastic educators that provide a safe and nurturing environment for your child. All have current working with children checks (Blue Cards) and are CPR/First Aid qualified.
