Pre-departure
Pre-departure information for International students is available on the EQI website.
International students can also download the EQI mobile phone application 'Your passport to Queensland'.
Airport Reception
International students are greeted at the airport upon arrival by their host family, school staff or a private limousine service and escorted to their homestay family. On return to their home countries at the completion of their studies, all students are transported to the airport, and farewelled by their Homestay families.
School Orientation
The international students are welcomed to the school on their first day by the Principal, Deputy Principal and ISP Homestay Coordinator and School Administration staff. All international students are introduced to their teachers upon attending their first class with Chancellor State College students allocated as 'buddies’. Our friendly and welcoming study buddies will be responsible in assisting the international students to navigate the school and introduce them to other students.
