Enrolling at our school

An Enrolment Management Strategy applies at Chancellor State College. Please refer to the enrolment management plan and the catchment map to determine eligibility for enrolment.

2018 enrolments

Enrolments are accepted continuously throughout the year for those families resident in the catchment. Out of catchment enrolment applications for 2018 are closed.

Important dates for 2019 enrolment

Prep enrolments

The Prep enrolment process begins in Term 3. Visit the Prep page for more information.

Year 1 - Year 12 enrolments

Enrolments packs will be available 23 July, 2018 (Term 3).

Exemption enrolments

Applications for students in Years 7 to 12 in 2019 residing outside of the catchment are now closed.

For Years 7-12, applications closed on Friday 21 September 2018. You will be advised accordingly in writing of the outcome of your child’s application from Friday 26 October 2018.

For Prep-Year 6, applications close on Friday 2 November 2018. You will be advised accordingly in writing of the outcome of your child’s application from Friday 30 November 2018.

Eligibility for enrolment

The following documents must be provided to the Administration Office before an Enrolment Pack will be issued:

  1. One document from Category A (must be in the enrolling parent’s name)
  2. Two documents from Category B (must be in the enrolling parent’s name)
  3. Student’s Birth Certificate – Please note: students must be enrolled under the name registered on the Birth Certificate
  4. A passport and current VISA must also be provided for students not born in Australia
  5. Proof of Citizenship if applicable
  6. Student’s most recent Report Card
  7. Student’s most recent NAPLAN test results
  8. Parent/Guardian Photo ID; such as Driver’s Licence or Passport

*If unable to provide a current document from Category A, a Statutory Declaration witnessed by a JP or Solicitor and stating the address provided is your primary and principal place of residence PLUS a minimum of five (5)documents from Category B must be provided.
