Responsible Behaviour Plan 2008

At Chancellor, we believe that:
q       Every child is unique and deserves the right to be treated with respect, understanding and courtesy.
q       Children are more likely to choose appropriate forms of behaviour when exposed to:
o         A warm, caring, democratic class and school environment
o         Meaningful, relevant curricular and quality teaching.
q       An important aspect of behaviour support is to teach self discipline, to promote cooperation, to foster responsible democratic citizenship and ensure behaviours are modelled productively by adults.
