Our Enrolment Management Strategy applies from 1 January 2003.
With the opening of the new Dixon Road Interchange, some boundaries have changed.

Detailed maps and street listings are available at our school office.

You can also view detailed maps here. (Each file is about 1MB)

Please note:

  1. The Primary School Catchment Boundary is different from the Junior and Senior Secondary Catchments.
  2. Year 7 students apply within the Primary Catchment.

The Enrolment Management Strategy is governed by the following general guidelines:

  • Only children who live permanently within the school’s enrolment boundary area will be entitled to enrolment at this school. This applies to Year levels 1 - 7.

  • Students living outside the zone will be permitted to enrol at the Preschool in accordance with the standard ‘in order of waiting list’ policy. However, parents who reside outside the enrolment boundary must sign a form to indicate the understanding that preschool enrolment does not guarantee enrolment in Year 1 the following year.

  • Students who meet the criteria for enrolment will be notified within 7 days of application.

  • Preschool students who meet the criteria for enrolment will be notified in writing during or before October of the final preschool year prior to commencement of year one.

  • Students who reside outside the guaranteed enrolment boundary will be notified within 7 days of application to attend Preschool or Years 1-7.

  • Acceptance of a place in the school must be made in writing within 7 days of notification by the school.

  • The Principal reserves the right to sight proof of residential address when applying for enrolment at the school.

  • A rates notice is required as proof of residential address if occupying own dwelling.

  • A lease, if renting, is required as proof of residential address (a lease for a period of 6 months is the minimal requirement – 12 months is preferred).

  • The policy may be reviewed/altered at any time in keeping with the Statement of Purpose.

Exemptions To This Plan

The Principal can make exemptions for enrolment under the following conditions.

  • Students presently enrolled at the school and living outside the zone are not affected by this plan and have the right to remain enrolled. This exemption also applies to siblings who are yet to begin school.

  • Students presently enrolled and who move to an area outside the zone will not be affected by this plan and shall have the right to remain enrolled.

  • Students living outside the zone will be permitted to enrol at the school if our Special Education class has been identified by the district process as being the nearest coded program. Any siblings shall be eligible for enrolment in regular class groups.

These are the only conditions under which exemptions can be made.
