Many programs we run for students at Chancellor could not exist without community volunteers. Literacy, numeracy, technology and art programs are among a few that depend on volunteers. Other volunteers work in the primary campus with student banking, library, tuckshop, reading, excursions, Support-a-Writer and classrom reading. "Volunteers have always made a generous contribution to the wellbeing and prosperity of Queensland. Across society, volunteers connect people and provide critical services. Everyone benefits when people volunteer – those who are helped and the volunteers themselves who gain satisfaction, enjoyment and a sense of belonging."
